BRICK Workout this Saturday May 5th

This Saturday will be our first BRICK training event. Starting off with master swim at 7:00 a.m. or a swim of your own then moving on to a ride immediately after at 8:15. Great way to get your body use to going from one movement to the other. We will meet at Cottonwood Heights for this. Ride will take off from North East parking lot. Post here if you plan to attend!
